Peripatetic Music Tutor, String (Two days per week)

Fixed Term Position

£26.52 per hour           

We require to start in January 2020 (to cover maternity leave until July 2020), a passionate, motivated individual to teach the violin to students of primary and occasionally secondary years.  The ability to demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and to consistently teach lessons both in small group and individual settings that will inspire a lifelong love and enjoyment of music is essential. The successful candidate will be confident in delivering the fundamentals of music theory within peripatetic lessons, and must be able to prepare students for Academy concerts and GCSE assessed performances.
