Welfare Support Team

The welfare team provide specialist support to students who may be struggling with personal circumstances or require additional emotional support.  They refer to and liaise with a range of external organisations, as required, and create support plans for students who require adjustments to standard academy routines.  Where a support plan is needed, the student’s timetabled teachers will be informed and the plan will be stored on Bromcom.
